Complete interior and exterior renovation with project management.

For this complete renovation project for a previous client from ZANTOS, the owners wanted a full makeover for their large family home in the the south of France. For the exterior, we did a new facade along with repainting the shutters and windows with a new color to give the home a new fresh exterior ambiance.

We completely redid a new terrace, installed a new kitchen entry with double doors, installed a new garage door and redid the plinths and window frames around the house and windows.

For the interior, we installed new flooring and tiles with floor heating, carpet in the bedrooms, painted all rooms, and modernized the bathroom with concrete, and cire stucco. For the master bedroom, we did a complete renovation with a new en suite bathroom, complete renovation in the kitchen with a new floor plan and furnishings. We were asked to integrate some of the old furniture with the new decor and also provided new furniture with curtains and decor.
