Les Adrets

Project Brief

The owner of this small hotel and restaurant in Les Adrets wanted ZANTOS to renovate the building and design the interior and exterior spaces for the restaurant and bar area.

What Zantos Delivered

ZANTOS opened up the exterior walls and added large floor to ceiling arched windows. We also added a glass veranda (ceiling and walls) to draw in light and create more dining space. ZANTOS employed light cream and tan colours for the leather dining chairs and contrasted dark wooden tables with white walls and cream curtains.

One wall is in stone with a large mirror, providing depth and texture with a sense of antiquity to the contemporary dining room. The concept was to create a design to last; with a timeless foundation in its structure and building materials. It was designed to allow the ambiance to evolve with time by simply changing the decoration, colours and accent pieces. Wall sconces create a soft light on the walls. The bar was custom built with wooden cabinets, wooden bar top, and stone facades.

The exterior patio was also designed by ZANTOS. We worked closely with the town officials, who were very positive and encouraging about the project.
