ABOUT ERNST JAN ZANTINGH
In 2000, ZANTOS Interiors and Exteriors was born under Ernst Jan’s direction. With the success of his signature style, innovative designs and Dutch precision approach, he expanded his work abroad. In 2004, he and his family moved to the South of France and marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter in the story of ZANTOS.
He built his family home at their dream location in the small village of Montauroux, nestled in the Provencal hills close to the French Riviera. As a family man with three sons, the villa design is focused on family life and the changing needs of any family over time. The completed villa is a beautiful family sanctuary and an ultimate showcase of the ZANTOS ‘know-how’ in the creation of functional and flexible spaces.

About Ernst Jan
Born in Holland, Ernst Jan Zantingh is the son of a landscape architect. He followed an education in construction, furniture design and business. After gaining experience in several interior design companies, Ernst Jan honed his skills in the employment of internationally known architect Jan des Bouvrie.
Ernst Jan Zantingh has been harmonising client desires and timeless design for over two decades. With his lifelong love of architecture, Ernst Jan has brought his ‘Dutch Touch’ to projects all over the world. The unique sophistication of his ‘total design’ approach ensures the delivery of living spaces which encompass both the lifestyle and vision of those who live and work in them.
Ernst Jan creates more than designs, he inspires his clients to craft their own style to best suit their way of life. He works diligently with them to ensure that their exclusive needs and requirements are met during the design process; meticulously choosing quality materials, textiles, furnishings, lighting, and decoration; giving the utmost importance to every last detail.
