Project Brief

The owners of this villa in Saint-Aygulf wanted to completely renovate their home from top to bottom, interior and exterior. The asked ZANTOS to make the design and decoration for the interior and exterior spaces and manage the project construction from A to Z.

What Zantos Delivered

Interior: The villa was completely stripped on the inside. We built three new bedrooms, a new kitchen, a laundry room, three bedrooms and an office. Above the garage a studio was created with a bathroom. All the decoration and cabinetry are custom made and quality furnishings were carefully selected. The walls are white, the window and door frames are dark wrought iron and the shutters are dark grey. The furniture is mostly white and blue azure/turquoise colour tone is accented in the throw cushions inside and out.

Exterior: The entire façade has been equipped with new plaster. All exterior and interior windows, window frames, and doors have been replaced. Not only did ZANTOS recreate the villa, but they renovated and created a new garden with stone patio areas and flat lawns overlooking the Mediterranean sea view, driveway and pool.

The swimming pool is made with a four-sided overflow to create the mirrored effect. In addition, there is a summer kitchen, an outdoor shower and toilet. This turquoise colour is reflected by the pool tiles. The parasols by the swimming pool are by Tuuci.
