Project Brief

The owner of the Les Adrets Villa II wanted to make the property a very attractive rental option. Central to this was a desire to increase the living area with a spacious and modern look.

What Zantos Delivered

ZANTOS was in charge of renovating the entire villa from the design and construction of a new extension to the delivery of new furniture.

By incorporating a basic colour scheme of pale grey with white, and accent colours with cushions and decoration, the rooms were given harmonious flow.

We were able to create the clean pure lines and feeling of spaciousness that the owner wished for, in turn creating a more attractive villa which is more competitive in the rental market.
