Project Brief

The client wanted to build a modern villa with classic details. When he visited the home of Ernst Jan Zantingh, he was inspired to build his own home in Heidelberg with the ZANTOS style. He wanted ZANTOS to design and decorate his entire house.

What Zantos Delivered

ZANTOS designed the interior and exterior of the villa.

Interior: The surface of the villa is 350m2. The interior design was based on the client’s wishes to have a modern theme with classic details. ZANTOS incorporated one of its signature styles: the use of symmetry to create harmony. ZANTOS designed a symmetrical double staircase.

Exterior: The exterior shape of the house is also symmetrical. Progress was monitored every few weeks. ZANTOS collaborated with a local German architect and landscape designer. The Heidelberg residence was one of ZANTOS most prestigious projects.
